Expert Optometrist Dr. Nozaki

Dr. Nozaki opened his office in Lomita in 1984. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 1980. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California Berkeley School of Optometry in 1984 graduating with Honors. He was the recipient of the award for Outstanding Clinician in Binocular Vision. Dr. Nozaki regularly volunteers for Medical Mission Adventures, which helps provide vision care services throughout Southern California for the homeless or for individuals who cannot afford medical insurance. Calista Ming O.D., F.A.A.O., F.S.L.S.

Expert Optometrist Dr. Ming

Dr. Calista Ming is a Board Certified Optometrist with advanced training in specialty contact lenses. Dr. Ming received her Bachelor's degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and History from Nova Southeastern University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the prestigious University of California-Berkeley School of Optometry and graduated with honors, having been awarded membership into the Beta Sigma Kappa honors society for all four years. Prior to graduating, she received her internship training at the world renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. At Premier Vision Care Optometry, the health and safety of our patients and employees are our top concern.

Due to the CDC recommendation to postpone routine eye care visits, our office will only be seeing patients deemed essential and urgent as of March 18th until further notice. If you are in urgent need of contact lenses during this time. Please call or email our office with your order details and we will be happy to ship lenses to you with no additional shipping costs to you.

As a reminder, if you have fallen ill, have traveled abroad, or had close contact with someone who has traveled abroad within the past 30 days and are due to be seen for an appointment, please let our office know. We will be happy to change your appointment to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
